About

Mind Body Soul

Three parts of one whole.

Mind

Mind is where awareness begins. Each month, you organize your mind on paper through journal prompts, goal setting, and a look back at your highs and lows. That look back is not just remembering what happened. It is a way to see the habits and patterns that keep you stuck, and to notice which thoughts come from limiting beliefs and which come from your most authentic self. Each month also brings a new lesson from Jungian psychology, to help you think clearly and live with more gratitude. From that clarity, you choose what to release and set action steps to build better habits. You leave not only with insight, but with a clearer mind and a practical next step for the month ahead.

Body

Body is where every workshop begins, because you cannot think your way into a calmer state if your body is still tense. We breathe, settle into the room, and move through gentle stretching and a grounding guided meditation, often with live sound bowls. The point is not performance. It is to slow down enough to feel where you are, physically, and to arrive fully in the room. Each month you also set a body goal that is yours, whether it is about fitness, nutrition, or simply how you want to feel. That choice matters, because a goal that fits your life is one you can actually keep. Movement and dance workshops are coming soon, as another way to connect with your body through movement.

Soul

Soul is where it all comes together. With an organized mind and a calm body, you are able to connect with your best and highest self and listen to what it wants. That connection is not about becoming someone else. It is about stepping into the version of yourself you already sense, on purpose. Through a closing meditation, a visualization, or a simple ritual to set your intention, you name what you are choosing for the month ahead. Every intention begins with two words: I am. Come as you are, take what resonates, and leave what doesn't. Soul work at SOI is personal, not prescribed, and it ends with an intention you can carry with you after the workshop.
