About this workshop
The holiday season often moves fast and feels overwhelming, and it is easy to fall into autopilot. This Gratitude Workshop is a time to enter the Thanksgiving season intentionally, to slow down and reflect on what you feel grateful for, and to use that gratitude as a springboard into your goals for December, another busy month. It is about leaving one busy month with intention and entering the next one with intention.
The evening will feel warm and homey, a slow place to reflect, grounding, communal, and friendly. It is for anyone willing to work on themselves and open to sharing when it feels right, whether you are new to journaling or love to journal, and whether you are new to goal setting or not. You will leave having released patterns and habits that no longer serve you, with motivation and excitement for the goals ahead, clearer on the direction you are moving in mentally, physically, and spiritually, and maybe with a few new friends.
