Refund & cancellation policy

Tickets

If you cannot make it, cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop starts and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start, and no shows, are not refunded. To cancel, email shalessoto@icloud.com with the name on your reservation. If SOI cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

Membership

Memberships are billed monthly. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep your membership through the end of the period you paid for.
